Bill Bonnar, Special Projects Coordinator
Bill heads up the Commercial Real Estate Department for the Membertou Corporate Division where he works to develop commercial real estate development for new business opportunities within the Corporate Division.
Bill started his career in the heavy construction industry working for Harris and Harris Paving as an estimator and then a supervisor. He became General Manager of Pioneer Ready Mix Ltd., then a division of Harris and Harris. When Pioneer Ready Mix was purchased by new ownership, Bill stayed on as General Manager of Pioneer and became more involved with other aspects of the company such as new business development and real estate developments. Bill has experience in operating various businesses, union negotiation and sub division development.
